Air and Environment Cooling

Thanks to high-pressure misting units and their ability to generate very fine water mist, air is cooled during evaporation. The fine water droplets are smaller than 0.1 millimeters, and as they evaporate, they rapidly absorb heat from the surrounding environment.

Applications using fine water mist spraying are among the most efficient systems for heat removal from the environment, i.e., air cooling.

The droplet size can be adjusted by selecting the nozzle size, which can be 0.10, 0.20, 0.30, or 0.50 mm. Different nozzle sizes are suitable for various applications and depend on the specific environment where the system is installed.

High-pressure distribution systems (hoses) are flexible and can be easily routed through any space or along structures. The nozzles are installed at various distances, angles, and heights from the heat source or the location where air cooling or dust suppression is required.

Thanks to the modular (building-block) system, misting systems can be installed in places where other systems would not fit. The hoses for water distribution are small in size, similar to standard electrical cables (CYKY).
